Begin your mornings with a delicious and healthy tea tonic - great for everyday preventative medicine, and treating ailments!
Turmeric and ginger roots combine with coconut oil and your favorite milk, to carry the sweet, earthy tones of this CBD tea tonic.
- 1 cup of hot water & your favorite tea!
- 5-10 drops of Full Spectrum Hemp Oil (FSHO)
- ½ to 1 inch of turmeric root (or a tsp of turmeric powder)
- ½ to 1 inch of ginger root
- A sprinkle of black pepper
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ to 2 tbsp of your favorite milk (almond or hemp is delicious!)
Place the FSHO, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, honey, and coconut oil in the base of your mug. Prepare your tea by the label's directions. Once the tea steeped, add in the milk. This can be served hot, warm, or over ice. Alternatively, the ingredients can be combined in a blender, or bowl to be whisked, regardless of temperature.
All dry ingredients can be combined into a paste that stays fresh for the whole week!
The spices and sweetness can be adjusted to your palate's preferences.
